TILES

Tiles are a great option to enhance the aesthetics of your kitchen given the wide selection of designs available in the market. Using patterned tiles such as subway or hexagon effectively creates a focal point in your kitchen. The disadvantage of using tiles however, is higher maintenance due to the grout lines.

GLASS

Glass is a commonly used option given its simplicity and ease of maintenance. While black and white are the standard spray paint color option, you’re not limited to that and can also opt for any other color that you fancy. One thing to note is that for white, there'll be a greenish tint to it if you select the standard ‘clear glass’. If pure white is what you’re going for, you’ll need to select ‘Crystal clear glass’ which comes at a higher price.

WORKTOP

If you’re looking to create a seamless look in your kitchen, consider using the same worktop for the backsplash. The popular materials are granite, quartz, sintered stone and compact worktop.
